Deposits & Withdrawals

1.Payments open soon

Deposits and withdrawals are not open yet. Until they open, your wallet shows your balance and every entry, refund and prize, but it cannot be topped up or withdrawn. This page sets out the rules that apply when payments open.

Your Rivvo balance is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another player.

2.Currency

Each country pays in its own currency: pounds in the United Kingdom, euros in the euro area, reais in Brazil, and so on.

3.Deposits

• A deposit becomes play credit: you use it to enter tournaments, and it cannot be withdrawn.
• Entering a tournament debits the entry fee from your balance immediately, and every movement is written to your wallet ledger.
• Refunds go back to your balance — see Refunds & Cancellations.

4.Withdrawals

• Only prize money can be withdrawn — what you win as champion or runner-up.
• Prizes are credited to your wallet when the tournament finishes, and your wallet shows prize money separately from play credit.
• Withdrawals are paid only to a bank account in the same name as the Rivvo account holder.
• A withdrawal may be held while the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or a breach of the Terms of Use.

5.Tax

You are responsible for any tax due on prizes where you live.
